I purchased a NordicTrack S22i in the beginning of the winter, I threw on a pair of Shimano XTR pedals I had, realizing it was total overkill and I would need something more spin bike appropriate come spring. I initially thought to find something SPD compatible, but saw these and decided to give them a try. Glad I did. Indoor trainers ride more like road bikes, so a road pedal and cleat are probably more appropriate, plus my road shoes are lighter and cooler (temp) than my MTN shoes. The seem solidly build, the spin well and clip in/out well. The tension is easy to set, A couple weeks of almost daily use, and no issues have arisen. I would recommend without hesitation for use on an indoor/spin cycle.

These are pretty good. Small and lightweight yet study. This is my first pair of cleats, so PSA: practice to take them off before you hit the road, or you might fall on your side like I did, stoll strapped.I have them now loose, on the softest release tension, I really didn't need a super strong grip, is rather have an easy way or if I suddenly need to put get in the ground and not getting bloody knees again.Only complaint: you need a 8mm Allen wrench to tighten them. I have dozens of tools on my garage, even some meant for cycling. I have no 8mm Allen wrench anywhere... They should include one with the kit.

Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2025I recently bought the MZYRH Road Bike Pedals and I’m very satisfied with their performance. If you’re in the market for a lightweight, durable, and functional set of clipless pedals, this set might be exactly what you need. Here’s my review:Pros:Durable Construction: These pedals are made of nylon fiberglass, which gives them a strong, durable feel. The chromoly steel axle is sturdy and ensures smooth rotation. They’re built to last, even with frequent use.Lightweight Design: The pedals are incredibly lightweight, weighing only 0.33lb per piece. This makes them perfect for anyone looking to keep their bike setup as light as possible without sacrificing performance. They’re noticeably lighter than some other pedals I’ve used in the past, which is great for longer rides.Easy to Install: Installation was a breeze. It took me about 5 minutes to get everything set up. The pedals come with a 6mm hexagon wrench and have clear markings to indicate which direction to install them. It’s user-friendly, especially for beginners.Adjustable Tension: One of the best features is the ability to adjust the tension of the pedals. Whether you’re an experienced rider or just getting started, you can easily adjust the tension based on your preference. The "-" and "+" marks make it easy to fine-tune the release tension for a more comfortable and secure ride.Large Pedal Area: The large pedaling area provides a solid platform for efficient power transfer during each pedal stroke. It helps improve your cycling performance by ensuring that all your power goes into moving the bike forward. This is especially useful during long rides or when you’re pushing hard on the pedals.Compatible with Look KEO System: These pedals are compatible with the Look KEO system, which is one of the most common systems for road cycling. This makes them a great choice for those who already use Look KEO cleats or plan to upgrade to that system in the future.Cons:Beginner Challenge: As with any clipless pedal system, it can be a bit tricky to clip in and out, especially for beginners. The cleat tension adjustment can help, but new riders may need some practice before they feel confident using the pedals without the risk of being stuck in them during stops.Cleat Wear: Over time, I’ve noticed that the cleats can wear down, especially if you frequently walk around in them. This is typical of any clipless system, though, and not a deal-breaker for me. Just keep in mind that you may need to replace the cleats after a while.

I've been rough with these. Really rough. Pictured is probably like 150 miles worth. 30 miles was for a competition where I had to walk through some mud in my cleats, and about a mile back to my car since family forgot to bring me my shoe change at finish line.Cleats were put through the winger, I would stop frequently and use my foot as the last stopping force at stop signs. They look worn but still fit well and look like they can still be used, theyve come loose twice but that might be a me issue.Quality of both the pedal and cleats are satisfactory for the cost. They look legit and made me look the part while getting used to clipping in.The pedals were easy to install and weighed slightly less than my originals. My only gripe is that clipping in and out while riding the pedal might end up in an upside down orientation, something to either account for, or a me problem again.Overall a very sturdy and cost effective way to get into clipping in. The cleats obviously wear down so be prepared to buy more.

Great pedals. You can spend twice as much on basically the same pedals or get these ones. Great value. Fit my cleats perfectly and installed easily without feeling like I was stripping my pedals. They're lightweight and look good. I like them more than my SPD mountain bike pedals.

I recently replaced the old caged toe pedals on my 2018 Sunny spinning bike with this clipless cycling pedals cleats set, and I am SO glad I did! As a mom squeezing in workouts between everything else, I needed something reliable and affordable—and this was the perfect upgrade. The pedals didn’t fit straight out of the box since my bike has a 1/2” fitting, but with a simple adapter, they installed perfectly. I really appreciated that the set came with the cleats and shoe hardware included—no extra hunting for compatible parts. It worked great with my Keo-style spin shoes and clipped in securely.I use these pedals for Peloton classes (via the app) and honestly, I feel like I’m getting that high-end studio experience without dropping the big bucks on their bike. The connection is smooth and stable, and the difference in my ride and training has been huge—better control, more power, and no slipping around like I had with the toe cages. If you're looking for a smart, budget-conscious way to upgrade your home spin setup, I highly recommend this pedal set. It’s durable, compatible, and a total game-changer for indoor cycling!
