It is available in multiple colors and in both Horizontal or Vertical format.
Size: 3 3/8" wide by 3 1/4" tall and extends about 1" below your standard ID badge. The slot punch is a standard size that works with all badge reels and clips. When it is behind your ID the conversion charts do not show at all - only your role is shown.
It is printed on synthetic paper and commercially laminated for durability. The resulting card is a heavy duty rigid card that is nearly as thick as a standard ID card.
Please note if you use a badge holder/sleeve, your sleeve will likely be too long and will cover the role/title partially.
This badge card comes from a series of cards that puts hard to memorize information at your fingertips.

I've had this on my badge for a few months now, it still looks new and it hasn't scratched or faded. The weight conversion chart is nice, but the hospital beds and the charting system can do the conversion faster so I haven't really used it much. I did have one family member ask me what the patient's weight was in pounds and I used the guide on this card to give him a quick answer. It's convenient to have handy.

The product is great quality except it didn’t hold up when shipped. I received the badge tag bent. I had to bend it back in place but it still left a crease. I wanted to leave 5 stars but since I received it bent I didn’t.

I bought this to go with my badge for work. We wear blue scrubs so it fit in perfectly. I got a lot of compliments on it, and a few months later, the hospital got their own version made to pass out to nurses.
