This stuff really works, and it doesn't smell as strong as the kind we used before it. Just spray, give it a minute, and clean it off. I would (of course) recommend gloves when using it, because anything designed for cleaning off soap scum can irritate the skin.

The items were fine, but delivered to our next door address, which I can't figure out since our house # is right above our door. One box only was delivered to us, the rest next door.

So far this is the best I've found for removing grime and hard water stains. It does take a little scrubbing still.

Does not appear to work well on porous tile. Maybe better on other types. Leaves a film.

This stuff really works. Wear gloves and definitely wear a mask. Wish it had a better smell because it really stinks. Other than that I will continue to use it. Very happy

I’ll be honest, I’ve got a shelf full of bathroom cleaners that I’ve tried. I have an issue with hard water and tub stains. This is, by far, the best I’ve ever used. Just spray the area, leave it for a minute or two. Then wipe off with a clean cloth. Rinse with a little water. No scrubbing.I highly recommend this product! Its price is higher than some brands, but it is well worth it!

I purchased this product to try to clean the soap film and hard water film from my glass shower doors - when spraying on my glass, the product splashed back and got all over my shower wall tiles. One would think this would be ok and safe…however the splatter pattern has left a large stain on multiple of the tiles on the wall. I wrote in for answers with RMR and they were somewhat prompt to respond, and did give me multiple things to try to take care of the stains (from Ammonia to just straight Dawn detergent - more products I had to buy to fix this issue) - but nothing worked and my shower is now completely ruined and needs to be replaced. This $20 purchase (which is overpriced for any cleaning product IMO) has not ended up costing me about $15,000 as I will need to replace my entire shower. It is not safe for use as they recommend, and I would definitely think twice before clicking that “Add to Cart” button.
