These products worked wonders! Had heavy brown/black mold on the underside of my hot tub cover. Used the mold killer first. Followed the instructions except that I used a brush after straying and waiting. Then rinsed. Mold was gone but stains remained at this point. Waited for the cover to be mostly dry, then sprayed the stain remover. It worked like magic. You cannot tell where the mold stains were. Rinsed a final time. Used about 1/3 of each bottle. The two together worked far better than the homemade concoction of bleach, dish liquid and water.

The RMR-86 works so good and so fast on mold & mildew. Sprayed it on and in a few minutes rinsed it off and it eliminated the mold. Did it twice and it was completely gone. If it's really stubborn you can scrub it with a brush when rinsing. Just make sure you wear a mask, gloves and eye protection.

We own a rental property that takes a lot of abuse. For many years, our cleaning crew struggled with mold in showers and that forms on the outside the home. This product is a miracle! It will kill any mold. Great value for money and longevity in regards to keeping the mold away.

My kids bathroom always has mold on the walls because they take super long showers and the walls are exposed to so much moisture. Using soap and water does not get it off. It’s more like stains on the walls. And no matter what I have done before it always comes back. So I decided to give this stuff a try.First I used the purple spray bottle, it’s a fungicide (has a light scent). Sprayed the walls down and let it dry. Did not wipe off. At one point I did try to scrub the mold but nothing came off. The bottle says you don’t have to rinse off.A little later I came back and sprayed the green bottle. Now be prepared - this stuff is super strong, like others say - it smells like bleach. Wear gloves and a mask. I ended up wearing 2 masks. Still didn’t help with the smell. Open windows if you have one (we didn’t).Before I could even wipe the walls the black mold vanished. Literally GONE in minutes. I went around with a wet microfiber cloth and wiped all the walls down. Prob about 15 mins after spraying them. The green spray is really potent smelling. I have a feeling I will have a bleach smell in my nose for days. That is the only negative. If you have a black mold problem, this is your solution!!! I am amazed!Hoping both bottles prevent it from coming back. I’ll be repainting the walls soon!

As per many reviews, this stuff works great! For me, however, it did not work in 15 seconds, but in 10-15 minutes stains were either gone or greatly faded (a second spraying took care of what the first did not). I really doubted the rave reviews, but this stuff is the real thing. The negative, was the smell and the sprayer. The spray cap on my 32oz bottle does not fit well and leaks. It does spray well, but I have to wear gloves or it gets all over my hands. The smell is strong while it is cleaning - I had to have my bathroom fan on for a while, but I closed the door and went into another room. (Definitely _not_ a fresh scent!) It seemed to smell a little less once most of the stain was gone.Overall, an amazing product ("does what it says"), but could use some tweaking in the bottle/sprayer design and instructions about how to defumigate after use.

MAGIC. I'm writing this as an apartment dweller who can't really leave their home or use another bathroom. I just finished using these sprays and they worked BEAUTIFULLY on my all-tile bathroom. First, I sprayed the 141 everywhere. This isn't odorous like the 86 spray, so I didn't exercise extreme caution. It's just like a basic multipurpose spray that you don't need to worry much about. After the 141 I busted out the 86 and moved in sections. Before I started, I added an air purifier to the bathroom (didn't have a fan but also would have done that) and opened the window. I split the small bathroom into 5 sections and sprayed one section at a time over the course of several hours, leaving some time for myself to have a break from the fumes and for the section to dry a bit before moving on. Because I'm in a small place, I closed the door each time throughout the day. I wore a pretty hefty mask and a shirt I didn't mind bleaching. I didn't have gloves or eye protection, so I took care where I sprayed and washed my hands if I got any solution on them. Essentially, the second solution is a super-powered bleach formula, and it WILL reek. You need to be cautious and the scent is strong but it is manageable without intense PPE if you take it easy. For now, the apartment does still smell, and it likely will for a couple days, but the worst of it has passed after a few hours. Most importantly, the mold is visually gone and I hope also disinfected. I plan to continue to purchase the 141 disinfectant spray to keep any additional mold at bay since the bathroom has poor ventilation no matter what. I hope that regularly spraying will alleviate the need to ever have to use the 86 bleach solution again. Get. This. Stuff!

I found this black mold under a kitchen sink in our 1950 home with original kitchen. We stopped the source of moisture to the area and had this mess to clean up and I was worried about safety.I applied two heavy applications of the 141 (WL min apart) and let sit for 20+ min. Then scrubbed a lot and the majority of it lifted. I used hot went rags to wipe away the scum and foam. I was impressed. I let it dry. Then I did two applications of the 86, put a fan on it and let it air dry all night.I’m impressed with cleaning power. And the stain removal was more than I expected for these old porous walls. I’m happy with results and felt it was safer than previous methods. The spray bottles get a little wonky and leak while spraying. And there was a strong odor with 86 but it dissipates after a few hours and I kept windows open for air flow. Happy with results. Now I will use paint for mold prevention and will seal up the under sink area.
