The delivery was great but the product came faulty. Only one fan worked. I’m going through menopause so I was looking forward to this fan:( totally disappointed!!!!

On the highest setting, 3rd click, it doesn't propel enough air to cool my face. It sounds faster, but the amount of air being propelled isn't there. This is comparing it to 2 other fans that I own that are similar. My favorite one broke. My fault. Not the fan's. When I went to 'buy it again' it was not available. So I bought this one. What a bummer that all of these type of fans aren't the same...with just another name.

This fan is EVERYthing i needed in a fan. Lightweight when I put it around my neck. Its chargeable so I dont have to worry about buying extra batteries, running out of batteries or batteries going dead while using it. I put it on the charger as soon as I get home so its ready the next day. The charge will last all day and part of the next. The fans fold inward so it fits perfectly in my bag. Its black, my favorite color, the little fans can be positioned the way you like them and the fan has 3 speeds. I also like the "white noise" sound that it makes when wearing it. It great and I would recommend it. In fact I tell customers at my job just wear to find it when they ask about it.

I really like this fan, however, last week I wore it twice amd it started to make a sound. I think i need to order another 1, this one did not last very long. I just bought it🙂.I'm a little disappointed.

I get overheated easy and .ove alot with my job and stay very busy at home. When I get hot I get very iratated easly. This neck fan is the perfect remedy... bought the newer version neck fan byt had to return it. So hapoy I did not only is this one cheaper it has two fans that can be adjusted pretty much anywhere around your neck area and face I stay so cool at work now and I'm content through my whole shift this is I must say an awesome purchase and recommend it 100%. Something I've never said about a product before so if you're menopausal or have issues with being hot all the time and sweaty this will be your go-to machine# keeping cool for a low price 👍🌬

Absolutely love this product I got it for $14.99. It has been amazing for the extreme heat wave this summer. Very light weight to put on your neck and walk around with it blowing on your face and excellent with 3 speeds to choose from to put on a TV tray by the couch to blow on any angled body part you choose , be it head or to your toes and anywhere inbetween. You can choose the angle to the body and the speed of wind flow. It lasts long on one charge. Hours at a time. Is not that loud. It charges very quickly and lasts for hours. Never had any issue. This is the best model for the price. Love it and ordering another one in the pink. Perfect portable body neck fan. One advice is to put your hair up if you put it on your neck, the fans can catch your hair if there are strands long enough. Just common sense. Excellent invention and product and so happy to have one. 10/10. Thank you.

It works great, but try not to get your hair stuck. It’ll take a lil effort to fix it after your hair wraps around the fan.
