My daughter really enjoys these shorts! They are perfect for a day where your play might take you to a creek or splash pad. They could definitely stand in for swim bottoms if needed. There is a cute flare out at the bottom and even a convenient zipper pocket on the back. These are thick and well made. They should last her through a lot of good play!

I got these for my daughter, who is now participating in an increasing number of athletic activities during the spring and summer. The thing I love most about them as a parent is that there is an additional “underpanty/underliner” sewn into the inside of the shorts, to doubly ensure coverage for your kid while they’re running, jumping, and wriggling about. They have a bit of stretchiness to them, too, particularly in the waist, which makes them comfortable for doing all of those aforementioned activities. My daughter is thrilled with them: she loves the color, the comfort (they feel great against the skin), and particularly the back zippered pocket...she’s fascinated with pockets, and so she’s always finding stuff to stick in there, just for the sake of storing it. I highly recommend these!

I ordered these in an XL, I'm not a child but can still fit in child size shorts in the bigger sizes and these were cute so I figured, why not order them. I didn't expect to love them as much as I do. They are really comfortable and the adjustable waist is really handy. It did bunch up a little right below the waistband in the back, but I found that I could stop this by tightening the waistband. The liner on the inside is actually really thick to the point where you could go commando and not feel like it. Usually with lined shorts, I feel like the liner is thin and underwear is needed, but in this pair it's really nice. The pocket in the back is a nice addition, but it's small and I don't think you could fit much besides a chapstick and maybe an ID. My main issue is that the zipper is not one that stays in position and just swings around willy nilly, but I was able to solve this by just zipping it inside of the pocket a little. The material is really stretchy and comfy and I think girls would like this as well as adults with a smaller waist!

My girl lovesssss a specific popular brand of athleisure clothing she sees the older girls wear that she’s obviously too young to fit. I ordered these shorts to go with her construction worker outfit for homecoming week & they were perfect. The fit and length was spot on to the real deal. She’s a 6x & it fit great! Not too big but gave her space to grow. Definitely going to be ordering more.
