The durable RIDGID 22168 V Head High Folding Pipe Stand supports pipe securely during a variety of applications. The pipe stand has folding legs that make it easy to transport and require 70 percent less area to store. It retains the V Head to the tube for quick adjustments and features locking rings for quick vertical height adjustments from 28 inches to 51 inches.
The folding pipe stand has a 12-inch pipe capacity and a maximum weight capacity of 2500 lbs (1134 kg).

These stands are easy to store and easy to set up. I can now fold these stands and not have to take up a large footprint of floor space when not in use. They fit in our cabinets. Shipping was quick, stands arrived undamaged. I will definitely purchase more of these when the need arises.

This stand works great for what it was purchased for. I use it under my car to fab out my exhaust system on my classic cars. I use a Max Jax lift and the stand works just right for the height. I would buy a second one maybe later.

Being a welder for more than 20 years, I've owned several kinds of jack stands. I've even made a set. That being said, I really like these RIgid stands. They are built solid and are strong yet are light enough to more around easily. Do yourself a favor and get the ones that are folding, like these. Super easy to fold and unfold and take up much less storage space. I would have given these stands 5 stars if it wasn't for two facts:1. The threaded lock/tensioner handle design is at too long of an angle and makes it hard to get the leverage you need to snug down onto the inner shaft.2. The nut threads for the lock/tensioner handle had been painted over so it had to be tapped, before using, to allow for free turning of the handle.I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set of these.
