Seller is a grey market reseller of product not serviceable by the manufacturer in the US. So beware of this reseller.

Katastrophe, Gerät war defekt.Der Verkäufer verweigert eine Rückgabe.Lt. Ricoh kann die Reparatur nur durch den Verkäufer erfolgen.

Zur Hardware braucht man nicht viel sagen. Ist ja nicht neues und funktioniert soweit. Einzugprobleme bei verschieden Papersorten hatte ich gehofft wären beseitigt. Falsch gedacht. Die Software ist derartig kompliziert einzurichten das man da schnell das interesse verliert.

Scanner is fast. Easy set up. My old scanner was ten years old and was time for an upgrade. Purchased in June 2023 and is now January 2024. Working great still.

I purchased this scanner in March 2023. The scanner went out in May 2023. I contacted Fujitsu and they replaced the scanner. The scanner they replaced just started doing the same thing the first scanner was doing. I paid $971.56 for this scanner and now I can not get a refund or a different scanner. I will never buy again. When I tried contacting the seller they only did chat and I was not able to speak with anyone.

Wir hatten bereits das Vormodell und waren sehr zufrieden. Leider war dieses Modell nicht kompatibel mit der Arbeitssoftware. Das liegt aber nicht am Scanner. Deshalb kann ich diesen Scanner trotzdem sehr empfehlen
