So far so good! I really like how convenient the cup and how easy to open the container is with the cup. The seals look to be he doing their job, as thats my biggest worry. I use it for rice and its been keeping my rice fresh so it works very well in my opinion. Next I'll have to try cereal.

Very handy container for our small dog's food; the spout is large enough to pour small kibble, the lid is a measuring cup with a twist on and off to keep it securely in place, and it has side indents as well as a top handle to provide alternatives for picking it up. Perfect! We're buying a couple more for human food!

We needed an airtight container to store our opened breakfast cereal. It was an ongoing problem; we kept the original bag of cereal in the original box. More often than not, a few buds of cereal would fall back into the box instead of falling back into the bag. (It had to have been my husband; I would never let that happen!) Of course, I would always be the one to empty the bag and since we recycle, separating the plastic from the box. I would find stale chewy buds in the bottom and as grose as it sounds, I ate the stale buds. I had enough of it. We required an airtight container to maintain the cereal's freshness and crunchiness, and to hold an entire box of cereal. I put my husband to the task and he found Viretec Rice Airtight Storage Container. It is perfect, AWESOME, and best of all my cereal is fresh and crunchy. We could not have designed a better storage container. It holds all of my 22 ounces, and much more, plus it is 9 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" wide and 6" deep. The opening has a removable measuring cup that with a twist makes the container airtight. Although the measuring cup is a universal 180ml Cup (1 Cup=180ml). It's not a special US Cup of 250ml. Do not use it as a US 250ml Cup. Since I'm a Georgia Girl, I can certainly adapt. Last but not least, the Ergonomic handle with a perfect groove design which meets your one hand operation requirement. Oh, I forgot it has 4 Side-Locking Lids and a Portable handle. It is Awesome, Wonderful, and we love this product.

Exactly as expected. Pours easily, hold a good amount of pet food. Lid lines up and snaps into place with no problems. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have better threads on the cap that covers the pour spout. It doesn’t want to screw down well enough to the lid. Can be an issue to get it to thread onto the lid.

I purchased more of these after trying. The original purchase use was to store pellets for our pellet grill. There is space under the grill (it's a built-in) but is limited in size height-wise. We empty the bag into a larger container which is stored in the garage and then fill 2 of these out of that.The second use I have is to store fertilizer for my gardening hobby. I found the bags in which the fertilizer is sold do not necessarily hold up well over time. (I prefer to buy a large bag rather than a small bag in order to save money) These containers work most excellent! I label each so I know what type of product is inside. The cup that comes with the container is perfect for spreading the fertilizer around the plants.Obviously there are a myriad of other uses for these containers. I think the price for the quality is fair.(I paid $13.99 each in July of 2024)

I bought this to store birdseed. Great size and love the measuring cup to pour into feeder. Only problem is my cup is cracked. I didn't notice it until after I had washed and filled it. It works so not returning it. Just something to pay attention if you ordered one.

This is an amazing container to store oatmeal. It's tight, it comes with a measuring cup as the cover. It even has a handle for easy handling. The container top is tight, but easy to open to refill the container.

Very happy with this container.Good quality. Seals well with clasps on all sides. The cup ( which screws to lock) stays on well. I used it for dry catfood and the measurements inside the cup is handy. Very happy with this item.

Measure cup fits on top as a lid so you can always make sure you have the correct amount of water to make great rice.

it's now up to $50aud??? the lid is such cheap, thin quality, that the 'buckles' are immediately straining and about to break... NOT worth the price. i got a random $20 one last year and the only reason i tried to replace it was because of the breaking measuring cup... other than that it was far superior to this... don't get it, especially for regular use
