I ordered the 480 which shows 6 bags in the advertisement but only received 2 bags.The color was good enough and it fluffs out nicely if you don't pull on it too hard.

I bought this to decorate for a baby shower with clouds in the theme. Was going to use this for creating decor. Color Listed as white. Even stated could use as snow for Christmas decor. Has quite a yellow tint when placed next to something white.
