Correction - product did arrive complete. Just found out my son had gotten into the package and relocated some of the contents. Product is great when all parts are received. However, we only received cuffs and no anchor straps. So they're useless.

I bought these after responding to an accident to at the Sand dunes to which a man lost his arm. I did buy other brands but ended up returning them. The reason why I like these more is because they are velcro so it is a quick release in case of an emergency like a fire passengers can get out. My children can put them on and off themselves . 20 bucks per person that can save your life is definitely worth the buy. Don't give in to people making fun of you because of safety precautions
