The beeping is basic, but loud. The shaker has saved my skin from pro ably getting fired.. The nightlight on top is super bright, and all the different color combinations is just so pretty! Don't think twice about this alarm clock.. it's worth it!

The inner box of this clock arrived covered in an oily liquid, but since the clock inside was wrapped in plastic, I figured it was fine. I put batteries in and plugged it in, but nothing. Didn't work at all. I started a request for a replacement to be sent out. It said the replacement would be out right away. I began to play with the cord on the clock to see if maybe that was the issue, and the clock worked with my phone charger. When I tested my good cord in the wall block that came with the clock, nothing. SO the issue with the dead clock is actually a dead wall plug that doesn't work. My new clock has not been shipped out. It bounces back and forth between having an arrival time and telling me the order has been delayed. I would not order from this seller again. Not just for the faulty parts sent, but for the lack of communication and customer service provided when there is an issue they are at fault for.

I bought these for my kids, ages 13 & 11 (one boy, one girl). They absolutely love them, and I think they are pretty awesome!The light displays, (from color choices to the way the changing options look as they change), are all really cool. The time is nice and bright to see the time clearly during the day—something they complained about a lot with their old clocks (even on the brightest setting).They haven’t used the alarms, yet, so I can’t speak to them, but I did hear the sound it makes, briefly from the other room, as they were setting them up. It wasn’t the loud blaring noise that grates on my nerves from the other room if it’s not immediately turned off. It was more of a happy sound—if that makes sense—more along the lines of tinkling bells, but not exactly. I have no idea how well that works for a wake-up, but I liked the sound.The instructions for setting them up were short and to the point, but not easily understandable for my kids. I think that they could be reworded for better, more universal understanding. That could just boil down to being a different way of speaking that they weren’t familiar with, though. Once I explained what they were getting at, they picked up on it quickly.The only thing I would say I am not absolutely thrilled about is the weight, but it’s definitely not a deal-breaker for me all things considered. The clock is light enough that the (fairly thin and light) weight of the cord can pull it crooked on the nightstand. I anchored the cord, so it doesn’t pull on the clock, and it works fine. It’s annoying, so I docked a star, but I’d I could do a half, I’d give that back.All together, I think it’s a great value for what I paid. I would definitely buy them again, if they last a decent amount of time. The mirror finish is cute. They have other, fast charging options for their devices, so we won’t likely be using the USB ports, but it’s nice to have them in a pinch.

I’m partially deaf so I do need some way to wake up that was gonna be effective and affordable. Then I saw this product and I thought why not?Turns out over the last few days that it’s really really good. Not only did it arrive sooner than expected, but has proven to be very, very helpful.It’s compact in size, but its display is bright without being particularly intrusive, and the alarm sound is perfect, even at the highest level. The vibration feature is the real selling point. The large module comes with a very long cord so it’ll fit under any mattress, and you can really feel the shaking. For a guy who cannot hear very well that really gets you going in the morning.You also have the option of vibration alone or sound alone or both. It also has options for two different alarms. That might be a downside as some might want three or four but two works for me.I love the fact that the manufacturer was thoughtful enough to include the option of a battery backup. Please note that the batteries do not run the phone when the power is out, they simply maintain the settings when the device is unplugged or when the power is out, including the time that you set. That’s also good when you want to move the device from one location to another.It’s a well designed product. The additional options you have for altering the display also help. I choose pure blue, but you can go as funky as you want.Anyhow, I’m very pleased with this and think it’s a great help for both me and for anyone who has trouble waking up in the morning because they can’t always hear the alarm.
