As someone who grey up with a gameboy advanced then a DS but no longer have them I was really happy to pick this up.This is essentially a portable digital emulator and it comes with an SD card to load everything you need onto it. It also comes with a usbc cable which is nice. It does come with a lot of preloaded games on there, like a TON. Honestly most are probably throwaway. There's multiple consoles I've never even heard of with games for that. Personally I went through the SD and deleted most of the preloaded games, kept some for the more common consoles which freed up a ton of space on the SD, which you may need since it's only 64gb.Loading games onto the SD was very simple and played very well which makes me happy. Since it's all emulation I was a bit worried but I haven't had any issues yet. Some of the emulation menus can be confusing but getting to the basics like turning off the Gameboy overlay isn't too hard to find. You can also set up saves and everything like a normal emu.The screen is so good though, it can get really bright and looks fantastic. My favorite part of this personally. I don't use the thumbstick too much but for certain games like if you are emulating PS1 games you'll probably be using that. The RGB is pretty basic, you can set certain modes but if you want a certain color you basically need to know the exact RGB values to custom set it. I just set it to rainbow or solid green or something and forgot about it.Overall I am really happy with this. I've been able to play one of my old childhood games WarioLand4 on this without issue and it looks great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants something like this. If you have a lot of physical cartridges for gameboy then check out the ModRetro from Gamestop, it's expensive but super high quality and takes multiple types of cartridges.

It’s great, bought it and received it within a week. A lot of unknown games are installed on it and it came without any Nintendo games. However, there’s a bunch of tutorials online and on youtube to teach you how to get more games.

It comes with games already downloaded into its memory card but I also got it to download more once I've learned how. It's an impressive handheld though.

All around a great device. The device comes with pre loaded games and plenty of them. If you choose to add other games it does require a bit of work and as a heads up there aren't many videos or forums out there to explain how or what to do so you do need to do some work on your own to figure it out. All and all at super solid choice at a fair price.

Love it. The opporating system is a little slow, and a little clunky, other reviewers mentioned downloading a new OS. I wasn't about to try to figure that out. The graphics are amazing, and there are tons of games on here, mostly from old arcades, a few newer ones as well. It's super light and pretty durable, i dont have a case or anything and when I take it somewhere it's in my pocket or bouncing around in my backpack. It's easy to upload your favorite ROMS with the included TF card.

This is a cool little linux device running RetroArch that looks much like an original Gameboy/Gameboy Color. I love the slightly translucent plastic look of the old Game Boys. You have to get your own ROMs though some are provided with it.Controls all feel good.Screen is brightVolume gets pretty loudCharges with USB CHas a dedicated restart buttonI love the feel of the finish and it seems sturdy.I don't have the special cable to plug into a tv/monitor.I was able to fairly easily pair my Pro Switch Controller to it and use that to play the games and navigate the menus. This thing is incredible for what it does though it is expensive. If I had anything to complain about its that I personally would not spend $100 on one of these no matter how cool I think it is. I'd be more inclined to use my phone instead but if you want something like this, I've not seen a better option.
