Works great. The clamshell makes this easy to keep in your pocket and not worry about scratching the screen. It plays my rom backups great.I use this when I'm in waiting rooms, sitting in the car line to pickup the kids, or waiting for a meeting to start.

Pretty neat little machine, especially if you had the original SP. A nice feature is that you can hook it up to the tv with a mini HDMI cable. Comes with a bunch of ROMs already, which is also nice, surprisingly comes with a few Dreamcast games as well (including Soul Calibur!). Haven’t tried yet, but has Bluetooth support for additional controllers. Booting up is SLOW, but I took some advice from online and ordered better micro SD cards, which should help.

The game play is good but when I exit the game it takes 5 minutes on a black screen before it goes back to the main menu. Don't think this is normal, I might be returning it. Disappointed because it was over $90

You can play PS1 and even many Dreamcast games with zero frame rate issues or hiccups. Comes pre loaded with hundreds of arcade and Sega Genesis games. Face buttons and shoulder buttons are quieter than previous versions of the RG35XXSP. SD card is also higher quality.

This thing is amazing. The clamshell design makes tossing it in a backpack super easy and worry-free.
