End caps for the shelf and shelf mounting screws were not included. I called the manufacturer’s representative several days ago and haven’t heard back from anyone. Not what I expected at all. Won’t be buying from Build.Com again.

Arrived in a shipping tube, which was the best thing about this. Was missing end pieces. No instructions. Very poor quality—I would not have used it even if the parts and instructions had been included. One star is not low enough.

Arrived in a box that looked like it had been used as a pinata. Unit inside was mangled. Returned immediately.

Fits the area perfectly. Forget all the silly measuring in the instruction. It'll never be right. Just put a pencil dot on the face frame at the bottom corners of the drawer front. Then install hinges to edge of face frame. Then clamp drawer front in place using pencil dots as guide. Reach inside and mark holes on back of drawer front and draw a line on back drawer front along face frame edge. You now know were to drill hinge pilot holes and install tray bottom a little above the line.UPDATE:The kit had two complete set of hinges. So if your sink base has two drawers fronts you can do both !

Installation is difficult. Trying to get the hinges mounted in the right place is an exercise in frustration. Directions used some measurements in 32nds of an inch. Really? In installing hinges? Even marking the drill location with an awl 1/32 is nearly impossible. I bought the slim tray set-up but the tray is too slim. Apparently a replacement/alternative tray is not offered.
