I loved that the product came quickly. Once we figured out how to mount it, it went smoothly. The downside was that it did not come with instructions, but it is pretty self explanatory. No complaints with how it actually works or looks. Now I have a handy little space for bottle brushes, etc.

Installation of this was made infinitely more difficult without the template or directions. I downloaded the directions from rev-a-shelf directly, but it mainly references an "included" template, so without it, the instructions are useless, and you are on your own. I didn't find anywhere I could download and print the instructions. I'll try YouTube, as someone else suggested.

I have installed these before and it was quite easy then.. Not this time. Why? Because as others have noted there were no instructions and more importantly NO TEMPLATE. This lack of common courtesy speaks to the lack of interest in the company to provide their customers with a quality experience. Once I fought my way through the installation and adjustments the unit worked fine. The install would have gone so much faster if they just included a 2” x 3 inch piece of paper ….. the template!

I have ordered this product a total of four times. The description clearly indicates hinges are included, yet none of the four products contained hinges. In speaking with the manufacturer's customer service team, the part number used should have included the tray, the hinges, documentation, and a template for installation. The only items I received were the tray and mounting screws for the tray. I would not order this seller again.

Transformed a false cabinet door into a useable storage area for our dish cleaning gear. Fits gloves, sponge, and brush. Not super deep but gets the job done. Easy to take off and clean, and the hinges are sturdy and easy to use. Happy with my purchase.

I love the stainless steel tip-out trays. They add just that little bit of extra space right where you need it. They are easy to install and require just a few tools. The instructions are well written. The hardware provided is good quality.

Great product once installed. Great quality. Just remember to take your time preparing the hinge installations, they can be tricky and took me about 40-60 minutes to install a pair of hinges. I'm no craftsman, but not a novice either. Just understand that it isn't totally cake to install.
