I had to make 9 drill holes in my walls to install this product. It felt sturdy enough, although the main unit tends to lift off the wall mount fairly easily. Overall it's not a bad product, except for the most important component: the line. Because it's wrapped in plastic, it's quite slippery. The line sag issue was supposed to be solved with the tightening knob, however the knob doesn't actually do much. It's not built well enough to get enough tension to make a difference. Even with just one item on a hanger, it will slip to the middle of the line. More than a handful of items and they'll all clump together in the middle. The only solution is to use clothes pins, at which point this product ends up being no better than a basic rope attached to wall hook. Would not recommend.

I've tried 3 different brands in the last two weeks. The first two were garbage and I sent them back. This one is a bad A$$. I like it so much I bought two so far. One is over the tub for the Queens stuff and the second is on the porch for swimsuits and towels. It is sturdy enough to hold at least 3 of each and with the light Texas wind (40 mph) it doesn't give an inch. Worth every dime!dt

The installation instructions were good and most of the installation is intuitive anyway. Once it was installed it is easy to use. The only rub is that the line is not tight. I don't hang more than two shirts on it at one time because that's enough for it to significantly bow. It doesn't show any signs of damage so adding more weight probably wouldn't hurt it.

I use this outdoors between two patio cover posts. Great alternative to using the dryer on certain clothing items on sunny days. My husband likes to use it to hang and dry his bath towels that remain damp when left hanging in the bathroom. The clothesline has performed well. Glad I purchased it.

I hung this in my laundry room above the washer and drier and it is perfect. I always have it out so I can’t speak much on the retraction but it holds tension and has had no issues using it everyday.

I love this retractable clothe line. I only wish that you guys make one longer in length so I could buy one for the other side of my patio. But this works great !

Avrei dovuto prenderlo a doppio filo però questo attrezzo è utilissimo ed il filo resta ben teso chiuso sembra una piccola casina! Consigliatissimo.
