I have used this product for well over forty years. I use it to hold ductile iron cylinder liners in aluminum high performance street and racing engine blocks. This eliminates having to press the liners into the block which can lead to distortion or block cracking in service. Photo shows Loctite 620 sleeve retainer green in the top section of the bore and Loctite 515 flange sealant applied in the lower section of the bore prior to sleeve installation.

The product is not not made in the United States. The smell of this product is horrible. Will not purchase again.
