I bought this for an experiment visualizing sound patterns. I drove it using a ZK-502H amplifier, which allowed me to use usb, bluetooth, and analog inputs. Running when set on my desk or a shelf produced great volume even at only partial power.The mounting options are a bit limited, I wish there were screw holes or some mounting feature on the back side. The driven plate can be unscrewed and I was able to use that to attach my custom plate.

Check the impedance of your audio speakers before you buy it if it is 8ohm...and all will work well
