I’ve used a few others; however, Resolve seems to do a better job in keeping fibers soft, cleaning deeper, and offering a better odor. No need to change when something works so well.

This is the first time I cleaned my carpets. I didn't know what to expect but am always pleased with how resolve works on spot cleaning. My results were excellent, and I would buy this again. However, i found that buying it from Amazon was convenient yet it was the same price as the big box stores sold it for.

I used to use Resolve products, specifically the spray on foam, and always had good results. However, when I bought a rug shampooer, I bought the product recommended for the machine. Well, as that was not working so well, I decided to try Resolve carpet cleaning machine formula and I am so glad I did. First off, this stuff smells great!! After drying, it left a beautiful fresh smell about the house. Also, my carpets dried nice and soft and felt like they were new again. I was so impressed!! The other brands left my carpets stiff with clumped fibers and I would have to vacuum the carpet to smooth it all out. And, boy does it do it's job! I have an area between my sofa and the coffee table that Resolve got clean. Finally!! It looks just like the rest of the carpet now. This has never happened with another brand. I would highly recommend this product to those who are looking to get a clean carpet from a very reasonably priced product.

Love this product. My husband and I received a Hoover carpet cleaning vacuum for Christmas. We love it. I used the small Hoover sample cleaner when we first got the vacuum. I bought this as a replacement simply because it was cheaper. I honestly feel like it did a better job. Cleaned better and more efficiently and also left the carpet smelling so nice!

My carpet has some set in stains that would not come out. I was hoping by the name of the product for removal of stains. However it did a 4star job
