Bought this nasal pillow to try out with my Resmed CPAP. I usually use the small-sized one I got when I bought the CPAP (along with a medium and large ones). But after some time my nose became irritated a lot. And I thought may be a even smaller pillow might help and it did. The item is Resmed original, and came in original packaging.

I learned the hard way that if the frame is too tight, you’ll get pressure sores. Ouch. As long as your head gear isn’t too tight, this nose cushion works well. It’s much quieter for sleeping with a partner

I could find no difference between this and the one I got from the sleep clinic - it fits the same. The clinic doesn’t sell just the pillows, you have to spend over a hundred dollars on replacing the whole mask. When the rest of the headgear is fine, I’ll be using this replacement. Of course the whole unit will still need to be replaced every year or so, but this one little piece is all I really need replaced regularly. So happy I found it!!
