There are two models of this. One has a filter over the exhale port and soft front. This is the ResMed and best option. The cheap copycat has a solid plastic front and no filter over the exhale port making it useless. Most of the bad reviews use the solid plastic front. The used model, the one on top, is the ResMed model, the one on the bottom is the fake model.

This is the worse product quality I have ever seen. The ends come loose, clip breaks and the plastic separates causing massive leakage. I don’t recommend buying this product and unfortunately I have not found a good quality replacement product. It’s just cheap, I’ve purchased multiple times and the results remain the same poor quality!!!

CPAP supplies are generally overpriced, but this one was not too bad, considering. The quality is good, it works well with my mask.

My machine came with the p30i nasal pillows in all three sizes and I've been using the medium one for about 6 months. It's fine but sometimes irritates my nostrils and I'll get dryness or a pimple/ingrown hair. I wanted to give this nasal cushion a try because it goes around your nose instead of inside your nostrils. It snaps right into the resmed headgear I've already got, so it's easy to switch back and forth.The nasal cushion works well and is definitely more comfy than the pillows, though I do have more air leakage with it. I also find that sometimes it shifts slightly while I'm sleeping and I'll wake up unable to breathe well and I have to give the cushion a minor adjustment to get it flowing right again. The pillows aren't like that because they're either in your nose or not and tend to stay put, but again, are less comfy to wear. Honestly I like having the choice and it only takes 20 seconds to switch the cushion and setting on my machine.

The packaging for the replacement N30i cushion looked very different than that from our normal medical supplier. I assume it is more of a "retail" package. The product within seems the same, including function and appearance.The N30i, in general, is an excellent mask and works well. The holes on the N30i seem a bit small and take a moment to position, sometimes experiencing leaks. I prefer the P30i for this reason, however it sometimes irritates the nasal opening. When my nasal opening gets irritated, I switch back to the N30i while it heals.
