Update: The manufacturer reached out to me offer me a full refund. I offeredthem my advice. I look forward to seeing if they reply so I could advise what is actually needed.The splitter works fine and functional no leaks between that or the hoses. The main review with the star so low as for the quality of the hoses more particularly in the area with a bend to go near the cage they don’t make sharp bends, cheaper plastic than what the humidifier came with so I have to use one of the original hoses and one supplied hose, but I can’t get it to properly position. Then if we wanna talk about value, it was about $16 total for the two hoses and the splitter. I think $10 or eight dollars would be more than sufficient the product probably only costs $.20 to make. The package on doesn’t really matter but doesn’t leave anything to desire. It’s not something you would see on a shelf. It’s just a brown box. It came in with a generic white label with a barcode. You won’t see it at your pet store like that on their shelf for sale. The companies website is not great at all when you want to research an item which is a shame many of their products are great their cages I have a few of and I just upgraded two of my cages to 48 inch one LED and one not LED I’ll get the review them in a month or so. I’m gonna figure out how much I like them after I set them up but like I said I have a lot of products from them. Five cages right now. One tank with doors. I also reached out to the manufacturer by email no response tried looking them up no phone number to call. I just put an email to the manufacturer. I think it was in Taiwan. The email went out yesterday no response yet.

This is exactly what I was looking for. There were cheaper options from other companies, but I'm happy I spent the extra $1 to buy from reptizoo. Fit my reptizoo fogger without an issue, I have the older model with green tank. It took 2 seconds to plug in and I was good to go. Now I have an extra tube if I ever need one.I was worried that the fogger wouldn't work as well since my tanks are vertically stacked but I was proven wrong. Since the fogger is closer to the ground, the tank next to it started getting fog sooner than the top tank, but only by a few seconds. Super happy I bought this.

They work! Hard to attach it to the actual humidifier at first and was worried it wasn’t compatible but I was able to get it on.

It delivers a good shot of fog into my Frog tanks. As you can see in the pic. Way better then the other three hose divider I bought.
