Got this for a new gecko tank. Love the simplicity of the digital readout of the only two measurements l need to monitor but, unfortunately, the readings are about 8% off on humidity and 3-4 degrees off on temp. That fluctuation is too high and unreliable for me to use it.

I've had problems with temp and humidity sensors in my crested geckos tank for years. They work for a few months and then they corrode and stop working. This one is doing great! I like how it sticks out from the interior wall, making it easy to see and read. It seems accurate and it hasn't stopped working yet. Very happy.

I really liked this thermometer. Then I saw some other reviews say it wasn't accurate. So I tested mine. Mine is 3 to 4 degrees high. I compared it with a few other thermometers I had and it was consistently high. Other than that, It's a nice little unit. Disappointing that it is not accurate.

This is a very simple and accurate Thermometer/Humidity gauge meant for Reptiles. It cannot be used in water and is not water proof. It comes with two batteries. It mounts easily with two adhesive holders. This device does not have an alarm, which is fine with me. I also really like the digital face that is easy to read in size. The only draw back is that it cannot be read in the dark. It works well for me and doesn’t require any setting or changing. I tested it for about 24 hours against a more expensive gauge and it worked just as well. I’m very happy with this device

I bought this temp gauge for my grandson for his bearded dragon. It seems to keep accurate information but is small enough not to take up much space but large enough to se the read out. Great product!

Reptile Thermometer and Humidity Gauge - Digital Terrarium Thermometer Hygrometer for Reptile Tank Temperature Gauge for Turtle Tortoise Lizard Snake Frog Tank Accessoriescompared to another thermo-hygrometer i have that i trust. this is a little off. the temperature numbers agreed but the humidity levels did not. this gadget runs about 8-10 percentage points higher. the item i trust i have about 7 identical ones for my filament printers. and they all read the same humidity. from this i conclude that it isnt quite dialed in. 8-10 points is alot of points to be out. maybe for its intended purpose that isnt a problem, i had wanted to use this in an acoutic instrument to monitor the humidity levels. i dont think it will work for that. the size would have been ideal, but the error is too high.

I compared this gauge with two others I have . I reads an average of 10% higher on the humidity and 4 degrees less on the Temp. Its a nice little unit but if accuracy is needed I cannot recommend it.

Comes with an extra battery, and you can change from F to C with a button on the back.Was within 1 degree of my thermostat temperature.It unit is on the cheap side, so we'll see how well it does over time.Humidity was measuring at 50% in my kitchen, and it's 100% outside at the moment (raining all day), so it's hard to say how accurate that is. Seems right.Comes with two sticky connectors.
