Water lasts a good while & fog is not overwhelming. My snake enjoys it & it keeps her levels steady. It does not have a timer, so i don't recommend using while not at home.

This product appears to be easy to use but I found it slightly frustrating in the way it does work. I feel like refills can be easier and it never stays on consistently unless you navigate the cheap tubing into a position where no water gets trappedin the tube. It would only run a few minutes at a time. I would spend more money for a better quality product.

We use this for our tortoise and love that we are able to adjust the level of humidity. Only con is that the hose can get water settled in it which will cause the humidity not to flow until you drain the hose.

Finding a spot to sit it close to the tortoise tank was the only issue I had, other than that if the hose is bent in certain directions it gets clogged easily make sure it's not to bent to get kinked up, otherwise you'll have a hose filled with water and no fog or mist, it's awesome fogger and gets the job done!

You could probably use this in a stage production for fog. It’s enormously productive. They should do some more engineering on the “thing on top” because it can pop off “pretty easily” and there are issues with the seals at the top, so the thing looks like it’s smouldering while it’s producing. (Strands of fog coming out around the “thing on top”) but who cares? There’s still a choking amount of fog in the tank with the hermit crabs. Seriously, if the tank is sealed up “fairly well” you could fog it white inside - not even see the inhabitants. Not even kidding. It’s ridiculous. Need a timer. Could not run it all the time unless it was in your bathroom or a zoo enclosure. Also, it’s a GALLON size so I’m not running back and forth filling it every week.
