This kit worked great for my 1995 mercury 115 . i used all the O-rings except for 1 that is for the pump witch on mine was not leaking so i did not do that part. i also didn't use the ball bearing that came with the kit either. the ones that were in my cylinder looked fine so i left them. you will need a gland nut wrench to remove the cylinder top cap and also for the bottom of the cylinder shaft you see in the pic. overall wasn't too bad to do with the help of a few videos on you tube . my cylinder no longer leaks thanks to this kit.
