Good stethoscope tubing, however if you needed to switch out the bell of a littman stethoscope to this tubing good luck. I had to buy a new bell that wasnt a littman. But other than that- its great !

I purchased this to replace my cracked tubing on my cardiology 3 stethoscope. Nearly identical to the Littmann. The only difference was the ear tubes on this one are a polished chrome instead of a matte chrome finish. Littmann wants $105 to replace the tubing and diaphragms. I was able to replace mine with this tubing and a Littmann diaphragm kit from Amazon for $45 total. Definitely the way to go.

The earpiece is disappointing, but the good news is you can easily slide it out. It did take a bit of extra work to slide in my original earpiece but once done, it was a perfect fit. (In case you’re wondering how to get your pieces out of the old tubing, I think the best was is simply to insert sharp scissors through the edge of the old tube and cut it off.).

I found that the product tubing was bent and the damage cannot be fixed. I gave the seller 3 stars to be fair because if the product was not damaged I would keep it as the value to price ratio is pretty good.

Tubing was kinked, set aside to allow time to straighten out. Forgot to check in time as needed to order new stethoscope and missed return window. Still kinked, would affect sound travel, tubing has not straightened at all.

Very impressed with the quality. After speaking with the Littmann company, I discovered that I had actually purchased my Cardiology III in 2002(!). The connecting wire between the two ear tubes had recently broken. Littmann offered to repair it for me for $105. I thought I'd give this one a try, given the price, and I didn't want to send my stethoscope back and be without it for an unknown amount of time (I hate borrowing other's). It feels solid, and the sound transmitted is far superior to it's previous incarnation. It's a little shorter than the original, but that's ok. We'll see how it holds up. Highly recommend thus far.

Very happy with the qualityBought it at the same time as I purchased a cheaper replacement stethoscope for a broken binaural on my master cardiology iii. When I replaced with this, with the exception of the awful earpieces, it was back to being the spectacular stethoscope it was when I took it out of the box the first time 13 years ago. I don’t even bother using the new cheaper model stethoscope I bought - I still use the cardiology iii with this new binaural and my Littmann earpieces.For $25 this was a great way to save an expensive stethoscope from an early retirement. Worth every penny.
