I lost one part of my shark side sweeper screws that originally came either the robot vacuum so the side sweeper brush kept coming off. I finally took the other side sweeper off and realized I’m missing the little metal piece that goes onto this sweeper piece before you put the screw on. Duh so that’s why the other side kept coming off. So I looked high and low for that little metal piece but I couldn’t find it at home, so I looked online to find a replacement piece but you can’t buy a replacement metal piece. So this brush side sweeper works, but doesn’t stay on without that metal piece.I ended up cutting up an aluminum piece of metal and rigged it to be the metal piece to keep the sweeper in place. It’s not pretty but it actually worked so yay my robot vacuum now has two sweepers which work.I think it’s pretty ridiculous if you lose one little piece of metal, it won’t allow the sweeper brush piece to stay on.

My robot is a RV1000A, which is not listed in their compatible list, but they have RV1000 listed so I took a chance. These sweepers fit my robot just fine. Nice and snug. Easy to put on and easy to pull off. I bought these April 18th this year and it is now May 10th and my side sweepers are already frayed. The original sweepers that the machine came with lasted 2 years, if you can believe that. I have hardwood and tile floors and a little low pile rug in front of my stove. My robot is set to run 3 days a week. I thought I'd save a few bucks and purchase these vs buying from SHARK. I always tell my husband that there are some things you can't be cheap with and these will be added to that list. Oh well.

The UR2360 model number was not listed on any of the products I could find on Amazon. The OEM site had most, but not all, parts. I was trying to look at individual OEM part numbers to find matching models. Even called support to see if they would provide a model number that has the same parts - nope. I gave up and bought this because it "looked" the same. It fits.

It's a good thing these come in a 6 pack as they don't last. I bought these in July and I'm getting ready to install the last pair. The bristles come out of the base that connects to the vac. I'm guessing these have lasted as long as they have because I didn't notice the 1st time that the bristles were all gone, and wouldn't have noticed this time if I hadn't found a clump of bristles on the floor. Will definitely try a different brand.

These stay on pretty well. Eventually they loosen and fall off but are better than some others I have tried.

I have missed with an earlier pic this week. The manual, online, for the Sams club manual lists all the replacement parts but gives no serial numbers. The seller kindly listed the dimensions along with complete photos of this part and they appeared correct so I order the pair option. Came today, overlooked it, put it in the vacuum and ran the normal full clean, matrix clean and Clean and mop options. Works perfectly. They are washable but will wear out over time. Depending on usage. Ours is 3 months old and in Daily if not multiple daily. Luckily my dog who finds mud in the back yard runs a familiar path to where she sits and cleans her paws. I have that path selected in the House Map. I'm sure I could hit it with a mop but I can hit it multiple times without getting the mop out.You can buy the brushes from this vendor but remember, if yours our getting a little frazzled, put them in hot water for a couple minutes and they go back to straight. You'll get more usage out of those too.

Have a plastic manufacturing burr in latch at end of roller that causes excess resistance to rotation and triggers shutdown with errors on vacuum.***Update 12/27/22****Seller reached out and provided prompt refund. Isupplied photos for them to inspect. I will definitely try their product again based on great customer support!!2/9/2024 UpdateWhat I’ve learned! The quality of materials on these rollers are very good. However the sensors on the Shark are very sensitive and often shut the vacuum down with a message that something is obstructing the rollers.Easy fix. Take the new roller and pull the end cap off. The flapper and brush are not cemented to the roller. Slide the flapper and brush out slightly and use scissors to trim approximately 1/8” from the flapper and brush. Slide them back into position and replace the end cap on the roller. Repeat the process on the other end of the roller. Return roller to your machine. Problem solved! Works like original equipment.
