Lids are as advertised and work great as replacement kids for Rubbermaid containers. Fit the way they should. Leak proof.

These work very well as replacement lids, but they don't work exactly like the originals. These do not have the ability to stack or nest or whatever you want to call it. If you place one lid above/below another, they will not lock together. If you try to attach these to the bottom of a container, it will not attach. This is the reason why I am giving this a 4 star rating.

I did not know replacement lids were available for my storage containers. I was about ready to throw them all out and just buy a new set. My lids have either disappeared or have worn and cracked over the years. I have about 12 bowls and only 4 lids. These new lids fit my old containers perfectly! Well worth the money. They stack like the old ones. One of the things I love about these as opposed to my old ones is they have a vent on top. This is great when needing to let food cool or heating things up in the microwave.

The larger size is actually 6.5" inches across and fits my 10ish year old Rubbermaid containers perfectly. They've survived a couple trips through the dishwasher so far and still seal well. No complaints, especially for the price.

Work great to replace old Rubbermaid lids that keep failing apart leaving little red plastic pieces everywhere. Still made of plastic, but at least won't have to pick out plastic from stored food for some years I imagine. All lids have vent at top, but I don't plan to expose these to any heat from food if I can avoid it.

This set of Replacement Lids for my plastic Rubbermaid Storage containers fit nicely on all three sizes - 3/5/7 cup. They seem about a durable as the originals. They do not interlock or stack to the bottom of another container like the originals. There is a vent on the top, which was not on the original rubbermaid containers which I purchased. The vent barely opens if you push down on the tab...maybe less than 1/32 of an inch. It is nowhere close to how much the vents open if looking at new sets online. If you did not realize the vent is open, you would easily overlook it. Otherwise, the lids fit exactly like the originals, which overtime can buckle in or melt in the dishwasher. For the price though, this is not very cost effective. You can buy a new set of 8 containers with vented lids for less than $5 more, although these are a combination of the 3 cup and 5 cup containers. For the few dollars, it makes sense to buy the sets and not just the lids. But if you need lids and don't want even more containers in your house these will work.
