The trigger sponge on my Roland PD-105 snare had dried up and pulled away from the drum head, resulting in almost no sound coming from the snare. I tried another brand of trigger sponge and the sound improved, but not much. So I tried this one and voila!... just like a new drum. Perfect product for the job.

These took care of my misfire problem with my drums. The old foam just lost its spring. These were easy to install and work great. Looking forward to using them. Took some time to get the old ones off, but well worth the work.
