I would give a higher star rating, but I installed the first and with seconds it snap. Thankfully I ordered a 2 pack and had the additional belt. Everything seems to be working well so far. Anyone buying them just make sure you buy the double pack so you always have a back-up belts on hand.

Installed the Belt into a Bissell PowerClean® TurboBrush Pet XL Carpet Cleaner (3071) and the belt had no tension on the drive shaft. Pump Drive belt is too thick and too long.Brush belt seemed ok, but was purchased for the pump drive belt and it doesn't fit properly.

Got this 2 days ago and was just now able to put on today. After almost 2 hours replacing the belt (it's not easy) this is what happened . I put everything back together turned it on and not even 1 min after my machine being on I smelt burning rubber.. took the cover off and found the belt burnt!! The belt that came with the machine didn't do this!! It just broke !! Will order one off the Bissell website.. never again will I buy a belt off Amazon for my machines

Seems like these need to be bought every couple months as they break quickly and also minor pain to install. But do the trick besides that.

The belt that breaks is the one without teeth. It’s a friction belt and not sure why the MFG did that unless they wanted the belt to slip under some bizarre circumstance. Like others, I only need the friction belt and wish they just sold those in bundle packs. Paying for the larger tooth belt is pointless as it seems to hold up fine.
