The product is easily installed. Great price to but failed to work as described. Can’t regulate low enough for most air tools.

Pay attention to the arrows as they may be different from your original part, but as long as you line them up correctly it works just fine.

it regulates pressure, but unfortunaly tank pressure is on top and not the botom as in original so can't hook up tank gauge correctly, wasted bunch of time to install and then remoove it and now need to look for correct one as in mac2400 tank pressure nipple hooks up in the botomn, where on this regulator on the bottomn is output pressure feed, and at the top and pressure gauge is in the way.

Works great. Half the price of some other online retailers

This product was a replacement regulator for my Makita Mac2400 air compressor. There are three lines that feed into this regulator and there is a set plug on the regulator as well. However, the new regulator has a different size set plug (and did not come with one) so I can not use the plug from my old regulator which means a trip to the hardware store to see if I can find a suitable brass plug that fits!

Works on my MAC5200. However, the plug in one of the ports needs to be moved to the other port directly across from its “as shipped” location. The arrow on the body should point to the right. All of the plastic lines need to be trimmed (1/4”) for a leak free reconnection. Works just like the factory original.Good value!

This appears it will still work. However the the stock regulator has a 1/4” gauge and plug. This appears to have 3 3/8 holes and a single 1/4” hole.Edit: also does not regulate pressure without leaking lowest it can is 120psi I will be returning.

Just replaced the old regulator with this one a couple of days ago. So far, it seems to be working well. I had to move the small plug from one side to the other to get the lines running correctly but not an issue. Leaks air from the outlet side slightly but that was my fault as I didn't put on Teflon tape before reinstalling the distributer block.

I bought it before I was able to repair the original.I was able to fix the original Makita. The base plate was extremely corroded.Cleaned it up, re-polished and although pitted works like a charm but- next time might not be so luckyand so I have this one as a "back up".

I installed the adjuster and had to make a few changes to the air line routing but it worked. I say it worked as I am now having Some problems with air bleeding out through the adjuster, like the factory one. I hope it maybe it’s because lack of use and it will resolve itself as I am starting to use it more but we shall see.
