This is the second time in a month and a half I’ve had to buy this brush. At first I thought maybe my dog had shed more than normal but it’s in fact the belt and/the brush. The belt is slightly longer than the other spare belts that I have on hand. Which leaves a gap for pet hair to get stuck where the belt is. That causes friction, which causes the rubber belt to get extremely hot, stretch more, and the cause the brush to warp, causing the vacuum to make a loud noise and vibrate. This sounds ands feels like your grandpas an old hoopty about to give out. It says it’s compatible with my vacuum but I’m not sure it truly is. I have a Bissell pet pro.

I mostly needed the belt but changed my mind and got the whole set w the new roller. Works SO great again and spins almost faster than new. Yay.

I had to return this purchase because I was looking for a 12-inch long brush. This brush is 13 inches. Otherwise, it looks like a good deal.

I really just needed a new belt, but this was cheap enough and the new brush works great. Also came with a spare belt! ( new belts are a tight fit, that's good!)

Our roller became stuck and within 30 seconds the belt was close to breaking but the plastic on the roller had been melted by the belt making an uneven surface for the belt to move on. We ordered this to take care of the problem. Both the roller and the belt looked slightly wrong. The roller seemed just a little wide and the belt too small. Once installed though both pieces fit perfectly. Four days with a broken vacuum in our house is apparently two days too long. The first vacuum pulled a ton of dust out of the carpet.
