Please Read Below Carefully to Check that the Kit Fits Your Cylinder Before Use

The seal kit is used to rebuilt Speeco design or compatible other brand cylinders, such as Husky, Split Master, Oregon, Dirty Hands tool and after marker cylinders oversea made with same Speeco design (but may not fit 20 years or older design). Note that it may not fit all older Speeco cylinders made with older designs.
So to know whether it fits your cylinder, one good way is to disassemble and measure your cylinder to compare with each item specification. Double check each seal groove is good for our part sitting in.

For Cylinder tube Bore (I.D.) 4.5" x rod (O.D) 1.75"

ITEM 1	Rod dust ring: 44.5mm x 54mm 5.5mm /7.3mm, TPU
ITEM 2	Rod O-ring: 44.5mm x 54mm x 5mm, CPU. There is O-ring inside. It is a compound seal ring to make sure better seal and longer life. It is one of most important seals to prevent oil leakage.
ITEM 3	Rod wear ring: 44.5mm (ID 1.752”) x 50.8mm (OD 2”) x 9.53mm (0.375” wide), Nylon
ITEM 4	Gland O-ring: 103mm x 5.3mm, NBR
ITEM 5	Gland Backup ring: 114.3mm x 105.6mm x 1.5mm, PIFE (Please note: the backup ring is support O-ring to against pressure, so it will be installed at outside of O-ring. See drawing for position. It is one of most important seals to prevent oil leakage.)
ITEM 6+7	Piston seals: square ring and O-ring. Square ring: 114.3mm x 104.3mm x 3.28mm, CPU; O-ring (installed under the square ring): 103mm x 2.65mm, NBR
ITEM 8	Piston wear ring: 114.3 mm (OD 4.5”) x 107.95mm (ID 4.25”) x 9.53mm (0.375” wide), Nylon
ITEM 9	Rod and piston assembly O-ring: 26.5mm x 2.65mm, NBR (NOTE: In mots case, this seal might not be needed to replace. This seal might be different size on some aftermarket model. We add one common size 22.4mm x 1.8mm as extra. It is standard O-ring. If our 2 O-rings are not the size with your cylinder, you can easily find it at any local store, such as Home Depot.)
ITEM 10	Steel wire spring: it is option item for your cylinder rebuild. You might not need it to replace your old one if it is not damaged during disassembly. Please be sure if our wire ring OD is not same with your old one, please don’t use it.

Some seals or o-rings were correct but some weren’t. Had to go to hydraulic repair shop to get correct seals for my 4.5 “ cylinder and he installed the seals for total of $63.00.
