Non-Functional, only decorative. The picture makes them look real. Will not lock down working shutters.

Very misleading, included only a single item. Product is used as a pair - a pair of 2 shutter brackets is shown in picture and description, but only a single item is included. Ordered a larger bundle of same item from same manufacturer and it included “pairs” as pictured/stated.

We only received one. The order clearly states TWO come with the order, How do I get my second one?

Unfortunately was only delivered one of these instead of the pair as advertised, not the seller's fault as was fulfilled by amazon. Seller was prompt in reply to guide me back to amazion who then refunded me. Will have to re-order to get the second but c'est la vie. Only fault for me is that they are not functional, in that they cannot be rotated to engage or release a shutter as this hardware was originally designed to do. As for most people this will not be a problem as their shutters are decorative only. Would have been nice if they indicated the non-functionality in the description though. I live near the ocean so will soon see how the finish holds up to the marine environment. All in all a good product.
