How To Use ?
Ready to cut
- Clean surface: Prepare the target surface and allow it to dry; the smoother the surface, the easier it will be to transfer the vinyl.
- Design with a cutter: Place the design on a sticky cutting mat, The cut side has a textured line, which faces up during the cutting process. The smooth side has a clear plastic backing paper that faces up during the transfer process. When cutting from the back, all cuts must be mirrored (flipped).
Weeding
- Weed excess vinyl: leave letters/graphics on the sheet (hook tool works well).
- Apply transfer paper: gently place the transfer tape on the surface of the cut vinyl. Use a squeegee on the paper and make sure that the transfer tape adheres firmly and securely to the vinyl.
Ironing
- Transfer: Preheat the cloth for 3-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture. If using a home iron, make sure there is no steam. Transfer Temperature: 302°F- 320°F. Pressure: Medium. Press time: 10-15 seconds. Peel: Cold/hot.
Uncover
- Remove the transfer paper: Slowly uncover the transfer paper and you will find that the selected pattern has been firmly transferred to your target.
- Please note: that 24 hours after the first wash, the reverse is better. Do not dry clean or bleach. Just use a mild detergent.
Warm Tips
1. Home Iron:Please Heat the iron on medium setting (302°F– 320°F),Press each section of the design with medium/firm pressure for 10-15 seconds.
2. Heat Press：Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds; Apply design at 305℉; Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds.
3. Cold peel / Hot peel.Peeling the clear pet film after the vinyl turns cold, just in 15-30 seconds later for the vinyl to cool down.
*Note
*Make sure there are no wrinkles on the material.
*If you are having trouble, try turning the shirt 90 degrees and pressing again, this should eliminate problems from cold spots.
*If you've already ruined one shirt, keep using it to experiment. Cut small pieces of heat transfer and try raising or lowering your temperature, or pressing longer or for less time.

Much better value than anything I found at local craft stores. I used it for layering on top of another vinyl to make t-shirts. Has lasted for numerous washes without peeling yet. I used a heat press and a Cricut to cut and apply it to the shirt. Volume of roll is a good value. Would buy again.

I was looking for a cheaper iron-on option, so I chose this one. However, it was extremely difficult to weed and didn’t stick very well to the shirt when I ironed it on. When I pulled up the plastic adhesive, part of the iron-on got wrinkled as well. Luckily my 2 year old son who will be wearing the shirt won’t care, only his perfectionist mother ;) but in all honesty I’m bummed that I bought this iron-on. I won’t even be using it again, which is a bummer because it came with so much. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and just get the Cricut stuff—it works soooo much better!!

I sought a cost-effective, high-quality solution for producing presentation t-shirts for my Sunday school students, and I am pleased with the outcome. Twenty shirts were successfully produced this past Friday. While the application process presented a minor challenge in peeling, it was ultimately manageable and effective. The resulting glossy finish is particularly appealing. The iron-on application and plastic sheet removal were straightforward. Three rolls proved sufficient for twenty shirts of varying sizes.

The vinyl attached well. It was a little hard to peel the fine details but otherwise it was great for the Halloween shirts I made. I cut large print and I've cut size 20 font and it all cut well.

I have a Silhouette Cameo 4. I have been craft cutting for about 8 years, so I’ve used multiple HTV brands. I currently use a CB09 blade, which is much sharper than standard Silhouette blades. If you’re patient enough to test cut multiple times to get the right setting, this HTV will be ok. You might as well pretend you’re cutting cardstock. That’s how thick this material is and how high out my blade was when it was all said and done. Otherwise, weeding is a nightmare.Also, this HTV is a warm/cool peel, NOT a hot peel like the instructions indicate. That’s probably why others had problems with it sticking to the shirt. It will stick fine if you allow it to cool for a couple of seconds after pressing.*The regular orange is this brand’s HTV in the photo. The “puff” is another brand.

Every time im going to buy vinyl, the 1st thing for me is to check RenliTong store. Good quality, good price, I'm not shy in front of my customers to say that I use a good quality vinyl. Doesn't matter what type or colour is that. Glow in the dark, black, white, stretch, army and etc. It's always good. A bit different of the thickness but always last long, peels well, really easy to work with. Only 1 thing - not the entire assortment is presented in the store, you have to use a search engine.
