First item arrived with broken rubber drain plugs. Item returned due to defect. Second item arrived with same issue. Per manufacturer website (link below) these items are critical to product longevity. Im now down another couple more days.Im a packaging engineer and do a lot of testing for products sold on Amazon. This package is substandard and the result shows.

TOTAL JUNK DONT BUY ALL 3 DELIVERED WERE DAMAGED ONLY 30 DAY WARRANTY ALSO NO PACKINGOrdered 3 all came with broken rubber vents,shipped in only factory cheap box not enough packing,both rubber vents were broke off some were missing completely ! Returned all 3 what a waste because amazon cant add packing

Installed on my 2006 Ford Expedition with a fresh flex plate. The old flex plate was chewed up by bad starters. I would recommend replacing the starter with a NEW one like this one (not rebuilt). There is no shaft play on the new units compared to minimal shaft play on good quality rebuilt units or significant shaft play on cheap rebuilt units, which is what chews up the flex plates.As well this starter had TONS of power.I purchased this unit from a local retailer as I needed it immediately but would have saved a fair bit of money if I had purchased through Amazon

It is not functioning properly. The 2nd day after it was installed it began to not start.
