This was the cheapest toy I've purchased in a long time, it completely disassembled itself with the tiny pieces before it ever got used by my grandson.. I couldn't even send it back it was in too many pieces and when I told the buyer, they wouldn't do anything without what was left of it sent back and part of it got lost because the pieces were so small .... disappointed to say the least

Got it for my nephew he loves excavators when he sees them on construction sites he gets excited. He is almost 3 years old and he is getting the hang of the remote control he is able to control the excavator better than the rc cars that I got him.He has been playing with this excavator for the past 2 days nonstop thank you for including 2 batteries. The rubber tracks came off couple of times but they go back on very easy. I put some pistachios in a little box and he has been scooping them up and taken it over to an empty box and dropping themIt is a bit loud when you use the scoop button because it plays music but I put some tape over the speaker hole so it's not too bad nowOverall he is happy with the excavator and so am I

For the price not bad. The wheel comes off and didn’t move through the sand easily. Super easy for my 2 year old to use and he loves it

This is very small ..much smaller than it looked in pictures... Not exactly like functions of a real excavator, but the kids enjoyed it... the adults had fun " showing the kids how " 😉Definitely not something to leave outside in the sandpile...it's kind of delicate...not for kids who smash toys... Digs ok in loose sand.Comes with a spare battery..not a bad toy for the moneyGood support from the company if you aren't satisfied...they stand behind the product.

This stands out from other alternatives taking in account the ease of use, material made of and mainly remote communication which is flawless . Have used other brands but either they broke instantly ( you know kids ) or after a while remote gives up with connection .This is a good one for kids. Nice, durable and works as expected. Keep your kids busy and most importantly safe to play. Worth every penny . Great gift item as well.

My 6 year old son was so excited to get this in July. It looks really cool. It’s not huge but it’s definitely realistic and looks like tons of fun for a kid who loves digging and construction toys. He used it 2-3 times on our patio and then school started and he didn’t have time for it. Yesterday he tried to take it out to play with it and most of the functions wouldn’t work. We replaced the batteries thinking maybe he left it on the last time he used it. But still the remote it came with doesn’t seem to communicate with the excavator. The lights come on and it makes noises but it won’t do much else. Maybe got less than a handful of uses out of it before it stopped working. It’s just a paperweight now.Update: the seller was very kind about my review and was able to send another excavator which works perfectly. I appreciated the fast response and the fact that we now have a fully functional toy.

UPDATE REVIEW: was able to get in contact with seller, they responded so quick and without hesitating they offered to send a new one! So excited my son is going to be so happy 😊 thank you!! The toy is a good toy overall, things happen and toys get damaged so def not sellers fault but they were quick to resolve the issue.My 2 year old is obsessed with excavators, when he opened this one up for Christmas he was so excited. we noticed the remote was cracked on the left buttons, put batteries in and automatically the left button was jammed in :(So it was just running the left wheel non stop, my son was getting frustrated. Also one of the tracks kept coming off so he kept getting frustrated by that too. Can’t figure out how to message seller to fix this problem, as my son loves it and wants to use it but can’t properly use it with the remote being broken.If I can get a replacement remote and work something out with the seller I will update the review 🤞🏽

Edit: customer service reached out to me and has offered to replace the excavator. This was very kind of them! My little boy is definitely going to be excited once he receives it! I will definitely be recommending them and buying from them again!I bought this for my excavator obsessed 2 year old who absolutely fell in love with his excavator and learned pretty quickly how to use the controller. My only issue with it is that I wish it would have lasted longer for him. I’ve charged batteries/ replaced batteries but there seems to be a connection issue. The lights that flash letting you know it’s on only come on every once in a while now. He had maybe 2 months of being able to play with it using the remote. He still loves it and plays with it every chance he gets but wants the remote to work as well.
