About this item

  • Remflex’s unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years
  • 1-7/8 inch width x 1-3/8 inch height Square Port; Mopar V8 - 361, 383, 400, 413, 426 Wedge, 440, 1-7/8" x 1-3/8" square Port, Manifold or Headers, 2/Set
  • Remflex exhaust gaskets come in a standard 1/8 inch thickness and are designed to crush 50 percent allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch
  • There are no rubber binders or composite materials in Remflex exhaust gaskets so they will not shrink or harden due to time or temperature eliminating the need to go back and continually retighten your flange bolts
  • Fit type: Universal Fit

Fits: 361 ('57-'67), 383 ('59-'71)(Jensen '70-'71), 400 ('72-'80), 413 ('59-'65), 426 Wedge ('63-'65), 440 ('66-'80)(Jensen '72-'76). Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are soft and compressible so the suggested torque for each gasket, which is generally much lower than factory torque, is listed on the back of each package. Remflex's unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years in industrial applications, where temperatures routinely exceed 2000 degrees-day after day, week after week, year after year. For over 10 years Remflex has been bringing this technology to automotive enthusiasts of all kinds to eliminate exhaust leaks for good. Experience has shown that no gasket "should" be reused if you want a reliable seal, therefore Remflex do not sell or market gaskets as reusable even though it have been told that they have been reused successfully in the past. Do not use sealants of any type with Remflex gaskets. The sealant burns out rapidly leaving a gap which creates an exhaust leak. Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are good to 3000 degrees which far exceeds the temperature rating of any sealant.

Put them on my 383 mopar. Really nice gasket! Thick and soft material that forms to the header and any imperfections. Just dont over torque them

As long as you are careful to not damage them during install, they will be the last gasket you need. Fixed my leaky exhaust manifolds without a hitch.

These are the best header gaskets I have ever used. Cant bend them at all when installing but truly a good product.

These header gaskets are by far the best! I've fought header leaks my whole life and remflex has put a end to it!! My machine shop guy recommended them and man what a life saver!! They are the only header gaskets I will ever use again👍

Hands down the best header gasket out there. Once you try them out, you won't use anything else. No more header leaks. Just don't bend them.

These gaskets really work.I’ve tried a lot of different brands of header gaskets in my 440 and after a few weeks they all blow out on the right side giving the dreaded exhaust tick. These are different, they are much thicker than the others so they compensate for warped surfaces.I’ve had them on for a few months now and my mopar big block sounds great.I highly recommend these gaskets.
