Do not use sealants of any type with gaskets. The sealant burns out rapidly leaving a gap which creates an exhaust leak. Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are good to 3000 degrees which far exceeds the temperature rating of any sealant.

Seriously!!!! WTF!!!The package says all over the place, DO NOT BEND!!! so the gasket comes stuffed into a box that is too small and is bent and broken.Who packages these things!!! Just follow the directions!!!

Amazon jammed these into a box that the gaskets didn’t really fit in. They had bend markets in them when I received the gaskets. If you have ever used these before they are the most fragile header gasket I’ve ever used. When I got them out of the box they were falling apart and it was difficult to install them while falling apart I actually needed vehicle to be ready for the next day at the track so I didn’t return them I could only use one of the gaskets out of the pair but luckily i only needed one and they do seal up awesome when amazon doesn’t destroy them.
