Very easy to use. Works Great. Comes with a protect bag for storage. Seems to be accurate when used on me and other things. Love that the screen is easy to read and large print. Highly recommend item. Can be used on infants, children, adults, check room temp, food on outside, and my dog - ear. I love it so far. Would purchase again.

Bought to use for sick kids. The thermometer has never shown anything above 97.1 for anyone healthy. We tried a replacement and story was the same. I am normally 98.6 as expected, but, this thermometer had me as a permanent hypothermic person. When my kids had fevers it would register 98.4 at most, yet at the doctor’s office it was over 101. Disappointing. I understand it’s easier to use but it’s highly inaccurate.

I purchased this item almost a month ago, and waited for two of my infusion days to come. A home health care nurse comes to my home for these infusions-- I have two nurses and they share me as a patient. On both occasions, this thermometer read exactly what the nurses' thermometers did! (They have to check my temp every 15 minutes for the first hour, every 30 mins for the next hour, and once per hour until the infusion is complete.) Now that's a pretty good test of accuracy! It's easy to use, once you read the directions, which are explained in a way that a "typical" adult can understand, but I probably could have figured it out without them. It has many features-- most I may not use because I do not have small children at home anymore. If I did, this would be the thermometer I would want in the house WITHOUT A DOUBT! Awesome product! This company / product did not have a lot of reviews, but what they did have was highly positive. So we took a chance and are very pleased. What we found was that the forehead readings are a little off, but the in-the-ear readings are perfect. And it is so easy to use. It comes with a nice cloth case to keep it dust-free and using it in the ear is simple. I would recommend to anyone.

I think the product is easy to use and it works perfectly fine, just got to get use the logistics of using it. And make sure that the thermometer says forehead when you use the forehead and ear when you use the ear. I love that it turns red for fever.

Recently, my 1 year old son was having fever because of teething and that's when I first used ReliefCare temperature measurement. I am so glad I bought this! I comes in a cute pouch that makes it easy to carry anywhere you travel. The best part about this thermometer is LED display light on the screen, that makes it easy to check temperature at night. Before buying ReliefCare temperature measurement, I owned two other thermometer, however I was not completely satisfied with it because of not having some of the important required features. Finally, I have a something that I will use it with 100 percent satisfaction which contain all important required features such as measuring forehead and ear both, 1 second measurement for baby that is active and curious, fever alarm with red color display, C/F display, auto off etc. Highly recommended product!!

I purchased this thermometer after our last digital infrared thermometer died on us. I wanted to love it. It came beautifully packaged and seemed great when I first took it out of the package. I tested it several times on my husband and I just to see how well it worked. Everything seemed fine, it took the temperature reading fairly fast and was clearly marked in a color that made it easy to understand. Fast forward to two days later when I actually needed to use it for my little toddler who felt extremely warm, the thermometer had stored the last several temperatures and would not clear the memory out! I pulled out the instructions but threw in the towel after 30-45 minutes of the instructions clearly not working.Pros:*Came beautifully packaged* Product had a Sturdy Durable Design* Product had awesome features such as being color coded depending on low or high temperature*Product had an on & off button which most thermometers don't, they just clear out with time which I feel wastes batteries.Cons:*It has a memory storage feature...I read and re-read the instructions and it failed to delete the memory out so I was stuck with stored temperatures from testing the thermometer. When I actually needed it to use it on my sick little one I couldn't get it to read her temperature. It was so frustrating. I had to end up getting another thermometer which said her temperature was 102.So while I wanted to love and keep this thermometer I returned it. I need to take my little ones temperature when she's sick not mess around for 30-45 minutes trying to get it to work.Other than the memory not clearing I loved the thermometer. Maybe mine was a lemon but it is too bad because everything else about it was excellent.
