HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! PIECE OF CRAP! It's supposed to be a bottom stamp,IT'S NOT! Seller changed story 3 times saying it was a top stamp,then bottom them top.TOPPING IT OFF WITH...It worked fine the first 5 times but "UPSIDE DOWN " It won't stayed locked so the press only prints half the picture. The Video doesn't help.The seller won't refund either. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT,it's garbage and the seller is IMPOSSIBLE. Amazon can't help either.You're screwed out of your money.

I'm very pleased with the embosser! Exactly what I was looking for. The seller also sent videos on assembly, but it was pretty easy and intuitive to do. Also, it came much earlier than expected-- even with the personalization.

I was hesitant because of previous review about light print and the embossed was actually very light at first. I fiddled with it a bit then realized I didn’t insert the plate correctly. The embossed characters now have such depth I feel I could do it through cardboard though it’s not recommended. Instructions are included, I recommend adjusting the plate if any difficulty embossing. I’m very pleased with the product and delivery time was very fast considering the customization.

The words I requested were printed accurately. However, when the seal is squeezed, part of the business name is very lightly printed, so the print is not easily read. I tried it several times, pressing as hard as possible and the result is the same.
