I got this floor bike stand to use with either my mountain bike or road bike. It's super easy to set up and use; I did so without using the little instruction sheet included. The top levered holder is on a spring, so I sort of hold it open then insert either back or front tire into the stand, then gently let the spring-loaded top lever sit on the wheel with applies enough pressure to hold the wheel stable.This is a nice little stand, but it is not heavy duty enough that I can do maintenance work on the bike which is totally fine; it is not the purpose of the stand, but thought I'd mention that. I love that it folds up which makes it easy to store away if I'm not using it.I think it's a great deal for $28.79. I'm thinking of buying another one so I have one for each bike.
