I tried to find a few leaks with it. Leaks big enough for bubbas to find no problem. Didn't pick up anything. Save your money.

Would not detect small leaks. Even then it’s very erratic with a lot of false positives and hard to pin point the leak location. The leaks it can detect you can easily find with soapy water. If you system leaks slower than system empty in a week, it’s useless.

I have an older car that was getting a little warmer over the summer, so I needed a tool that could find a Freon leak. I like to do my research first, so I checked Amazon reviews and other online sources. This tool kept popping up and was in a good price range. I decided to buy it and give it a try.When I received the tool, I was impressed by its quality and design. It was easy to use and had a clear display and sound. I followed the instructions and tested my car’s AC system. I was able to find the leak right away. It turned out to be the high Schrader valve. I fixed it and recharged my AC with Freon. Now my car is cool and comfortable again.I am very happy with this purchase. It saved me time and money that I would have spent on a professional service. It is an excellent and reliable tool for finding Freon leaks in older cars. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a similar problem.

Not detecting the Halogen as claimed. The time given for return is two days only. It is also against the claimed clause.

Works great for the money. I am sure it's not top quality or as good as the high dollar ones, but it did work for finding the leak in my system.
