These markers are the only markers you should own. 1. They are refillable, 2. No smudging marks after you erase, 3. Detailed lines. What more do you want !? I am a chemistry tutor. These markers give me a reason to wake up in the morning and look forward to talking hours on end about chemistry.

My kids did some tests to compare the quality of these Pilot markers to othersThey tested its writing , the smooth and ink color. They tested how easy to wipe off the writing on boards. We are happy with the superior quality of Pilot. We are also happy with the replaced ink solution. It would help us reduce the plastic discard and protect our environment.

Our college uses Expo markers. They were fine, but lately, they do not seem to last long, and the colors are much lighter. I bought these Pilot markers just to try them out. The ink color of these Pilot markers is bold, and it has a nice hue. The other plus is the availability of refills. I have not tested these. I will post later once I have a good idea of the longevity of the original marker, and the longevity of the refills. My review of the pens after 12 weeks of use: The ink in the original pen lasted 8 lecture sessions (I mostly use PowerPoints lectures - use of whiteboard is moderate). The first replacement ink cartridge lasted half-as-long (just 4 lecture sessions). A bit of a disappointment, but I will still give high marks for the boldness and hue of the ink. And the ink did not start to become faint until the ink in the cartridge was exhausted. Also, initially the pen was uncomfortable to handle due to the wider girth (wider than Expo markers), but with time I became used to it, and the thicker barrel was no longer an issue.Would I order more ink cartridges? Yes, I would. From my students' point of view, now they can clearly see my scribbles (mostly chemical and biochemical equations and calculations) from the back of the lecture room. And, that is a plus!

These markers are excellent; they write clearly, erase cleanly, and feel sturdy in the hand. I have yet to test the refill mechanism, but I find the fact that they are refillable to be easier on the wallet and the environment as there will be less plastic waste. I also find these caps easier to remove than other brands, while still feeling securely attached to the marker so it won't slip off in your bag.

Haven't used them a lot yet, but initial impressions are good. They write well, and the refillable function is nice to have. A little on the wider side for gripping, but not too bad.

After using these markers, I will never go back to the popular brand. These write so clear and sharp. They also erase easier than other brands. I love that they are refillable because I teach math and go through markers very quickly.

I am a high school teacher, and I adore these markers. The chisel tips are the best, though the bullet-tips are serviceable. The chunky barrel feels good in your hand, the ink glides on smooth, dries fast and dark, and erases really nicely. I love the refillable nature, it's very satisfying to swap out an ink cartridge. I don't recommend the red or blue markers as highly because something in the red and blue ink stains boards more readily, but that is not a problem unique to these markers. If you clean it off quickly, it isn't as bad, but I wouldn't let a colored diagram sit for very long. The black marker though, I've cleaned it off a week or more later with no marks left behind. I have to lock these away from my students or they steal them! I think they do go through ink a little faster than Expos do, but I think it's because they write darker and bolder than Expos can. I have zero complaints about the black chisel tipped variety of these markers!

4 stars due to cost, feels a bit cost inefficient. Writes really clearly, tip hasn’t frayed out yet, you don’t throw away so much plastic when it runs out, which is nice. Feels nice to hold but looks a lot like an epi pen. Not gonna get you to the cool table in the lunch room but it writes well so that’s cool.
