i ordered this hitch back in march of this year and it is well out of any warranty claims . i emailed the company about some missing washer/ shims and got a response almost instantly . the email stated they would take care of it . two days later i had the washer / shims in hand and was able to complete the hitch install. i order alot online and this company is top tier and i have no problem ordering anything from them in the future. very happy with product , fit like a glove .
