I run an after school program for middle schoolers. These crafts are very popular with the students. I've witnessed anxious students having calm, creative moments in a social settings with peers. Many times we just need to slow things down and keep our hands busy. Hand dexterity and creativity have become the most popular enrichment activity in the program. Students enjoyed making bracelets, keychains, ornaments and earrings as gifts for the holidays. I'll pick up a few more to keep these students happy and busy.

The beads are cute and it comes with a variety of colors. It also comes with some charms and letters. Some of the other reviews mention, the letters are a random assortment of letters. It does not contain every letter in the alphabet. Mine were actually mostly letters that are not used as often like Q,Y,W, etc. it comes with two different strings as well. My main complaint is the needle thing it comes with. You're supposed to be able to lace the string through it and then you could put the beads on the needle and slide them onto the string easily. It shows someone doing just that in one of the product videos. The holes on both needles are not big enough for either of the strings. One of my needles broke when I was trying to get the string through it. There is this weird orange green thing it comes with that I have a feeling is supposed to be used for stringing beads but I cannot figure out what it is. There's no instructions or anything. So because of these things it is pretty dang hard to string the beads you have to do it by hand which is difficult and very time consuming. The set is overall pretty cute but you have to get your own needle or whatever to string the bead.

I bought this product for my 12yr old daughter for Christmas and she loved it. Really nice colors, compact and she can take it with her places.

There are a lot of beads in this kit, a lot more than I expected to receive. They are just what my daughter wanted. The colors are beautiful, good quality, and you get a lot for your money.

I love the set I got, really fun colors and extra beads. The tools to make the bracelets look nice and complete seem great and over all I like the product. Only complaint is that there were no letter “d” letters so I had to buy a full set of letter beads.
