It's surprisingly lightweight but very sturdy. It's a great value for the price, some of these paddles can be hundred of dollars. I think this is a really well designed paddle and I like the wooden accent.

This paddle combines aesthetic beauty with exceptional functionality. The face mimics the natural look of bamboo, but it's actually crafted from carbon fiber, which gives it both a unique appearance and impressive durability. The tear-drop shaped blade angled at 5 degrees, is designed to deliver powerful strokes, making it ideal for SUP surfing. It's incredibly lightweight and fully adjustable to suit various lengths, thanks to the paddle clamp. While the clamp isn't my preferred method of adjustment (I favor the type used in higher-end Werner paddles), it gets the job done. The handle's groove is a thoughtful feature, ensuring stability during intense paddling by preventing rotation. This paddle conveniently breaks down into three pieces, fitting into a high-quality bag with a heavy-duty zipper. The bag provides decent protection, mainly safeguarding against dings. Overall, despite the clamp mechanism not being my favorite, this paddle stands out for its blend of elegance and performance.
