I use my wired gaming mouse on my Asus F17, my wrist was getting how and I often smelled something cooking when I played my favourite game. Now, with the laptop angled up and the fan at the lowest speed there is no heat at all.I saw some YouTube video's about laptop coolers, they didn't mention this one but they all had foam rubber seal under the laptop to for air to be forced up.All it takes is one good fan and a good seal to change every thing for the better. I'd like a second cooler for the cottage because I don't want to damage the rubber seal in transit. Please give me a deal on a second unit after I post this

Crazy good. The fan is blazing fast at the top speed. It's like I turned on a table fan near my face at high speed. With the cushioning and my laptop firmly placed on top of it, just on speed 2 my laptop's temps went from 60 to 50, that's actually a crazy amount of temp drop. I think the price is better here as well, around 47 usd after converting egp. In the US store it's around 60 usd.Only problem i faced was the cooling pad was simply blinking when I plugged it directly in one of the type C ports in my laptop, I tried other ports but still the same, it wouldn't turn on but just blinks. I guess it's most likely due to not enough power provided by the laptop's type C ports? So I had to use an external type C charger which worked perfectly fine. So one star off for that.EDIT: I recently upgraded my laptop and the new laptop's type C ports power was sufficient enough to power the cooling pad. So I am returning the 1 star I took as it's unfair.

This thing has some chonk to it. Let's go over some of the details:1. 3 fan speeds and an off, lights are on/off - this is fine for me b/c I'm not trying to have a disco on my desk2. the undercarriage is finished (look at pics of the back of the thing, most fans have very unfinished undersides, reddragon went the extra step here and I appreciate that)3. USB C cable - Hooray b/c it's 2025 and this shouldn't be hard anymorePrice - get it on sale it's it's amazing. Get it full price and it's still prtty great.Performance Comapred to Targus AWE81US on Cinibench23 Multi with lenovo Yoga 7 (12700H + Arc 370M):No Cooler - 75cTargus AWE81US - 73cRedragon Lvl 1 - 72CRedragon Lvl 2 - 70CRedragon Lvl3 - 69CI like lvl 1 and 2 best. If I'm doing super high performance stuff I can bump to lvl 3... that's pretty good. The long and short here is that it works better than others, is not very expensive, and built/finished well. What's not to like?

I’ve tried several high-end coolers — and most of them fail hard with the Razer Blade 15. The problem? The laptop has a low base and rear-facing vents that sink into foam seals, suffocating airflow. But the Redragon cooler nails it. Its design lets me slide the laptop back just enough to keep the vents clear — airflow restored, problem solved (see pic).Result? Up to a 20°C drop at high power. That’s a game-changer, whether I’m deep into AAA titles or pushing AI/ML workloads that torch the CPU and GPU.Two things not in the product description:1-It’s powered via USB-C (the oval one).2-Only two lighting options: Off or rainbow. That’s it — and that’s fine by me. Extremely-highly recommended. And if you’ve got a Razer Blade 15, this is the cooler you’ve been looking for. But it will work with any high-end laptop, so again highly recommended.

It works, but feels cheap and is a bit disappointing.Firstly, I received this item and it would not turn on at all. I returned that one, and the second is working just fine, and this review is entirely based off that functioning stand.I didn't test the lights, other than checking that they come on, and they may be an important feature for some people. The fan works, but is noisier than I would like. It does have three speeds, which if you need the extra cooling would be handy. The foam pad that it sits on and somewhat seals the edges of the bottom of the laptop is a bit puzzling. For one, it is not actually attached to the stand, so it can come off, but the stand is not useable without it. The foam might work for cancelling some vibration, so your laptop might be quieter as long as you don't have the stand's fan turned on. Being sealed might force a bit more air through the laptop, but I don't see that making much difference. The legs on this are pretty pointless, as well. At their highest, they only raise the back about an inch and a half.Overall, construction seems ok but not great, and the plastic material feels quite cheap.Unless having lights that can sync with your laptop is a big deal to you, you can find much better cooling stands for much less money.
