First picture is my knife after using this product on it. Zoom in on the edge and you’ll see that this product didn’t work. It’s possible I wasn’t using it right, because the instructions are totally inadequate (5th picture). Says, “Set the knife between the sharpeners…” - doesn’t apply, as this product has only one sharpening blade. The line drawing (not a PHOTO) shows a drawing of a different product with two blades. For this product, it isn’t clear how you’re supposed to hold the knife. There’s a divider in the middle that’s straight, but the knife isn’t easy to hold flat against that as you slide it. There’s a sort of groove at the bottom, so maybe you’re supposed to stick the knife down into that but it’s not clear (photos 2, 3, and 4 demonstrate this).Furthermore, the packaging says Redi-Edge Tactical Knife Sharpener (wrong product), the sticker on the front says Rese Single Edge Knife Sharpener (photo 6), on the back (photo 5) at the bottom it says manufacturer is Sacha Industries. However, after scratching off some white-out that was painted over a portion of the text above the instructions (zoom in, photo 5), it says return to Klawhorn Industries for repair or replacement - I suspect this product either isn’t genuine or isn’t really made in the USA as claimed on the package.DO NOT BUY.

Awesome sharpener, works great. Can be a little difficult to hold, but that is because it is small, which is a benefit. Does a great job sharpening all my knives.

Bought this to sharpen a paper cutter which is a single edged blade and it does the job. It is a bit smaller than I expected and makes it kinda hard to use

Most sharpeners are configured to sharpen double-bevel knives. While this can be used to sharpen double-bevel knives, unlike most others, it can also be used to sharpen single-bevel knives.
